Our "MLS for LESS Program" adds the benefit of the MLS while offering sellers discounted rate on listing commission. In addition to the listing fee, sellers will offer compensation to cooperating broker, typically between 2.5% - 3%.  If your property is sold without a buyer's agent, you will only pay the listing fee at closing. The cooperating broker's compensation will be waived and seller will save an additional 2.5% - 3%!!!

• $300K-399K   = $4995
• $400K-499K   = $5995
• $500K-599K   = $6995
• $600K-699K   = $7995
• $700K-799K   = $8995
• And so on.
